These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") define the access and use conditions of the sachadestock.com website (hereinafter the "Site") published by SACHA DESTOCK.

The Site presents the activity of SACHA DESTOCK, a wholesaler specializing in surplus products, along with its products and partners. The Site is an information and commercial introduction tool for professionals.

The Site is accessible free of charge 24/7, except in cases of force majeure or maintenance interruptions. SACHA DESTOCK cannot be held responsible for interruptions related to technical maintenance, updates, or internet network malfunctions.
